Service Description

These 45-minute sessions are for people navigating or actively leaving abusive, coercive, or unsafe systems. Together, we focus on practical support -safety planning, resource navigation, grounding, and next-step clarity, all at your pace. Normally $100 per session. Brooke operates from the values of financial feasibility and accessibility given the current societal & economic climate while enduring abuse - she recognizes this is not always doable. This is NOT therapy, but actionable, compassionate support designed to help you feel less alone and more resourced. Brooke will listen to your story and you will strategize a plan on how to be supported, gain access to resources, and leave toxic situations if needed. This offering operates on a pay-what-you-can basis. You choose what you’re able to contribute; no one is turned away due to financial barriers. A limited number of slots are available each week to keep this work sustainable and accessible.
